Make a Difference & Expand Your Reach

The Edgecombe Community College Foundation will host a Scholarship Convocation to honor students recently awarded scholarships. At the ceremony, taking place Thursday, September 17 at 3 PM, scholarship recipients can thank the donors who have given to their education. You can help by donating $100 or more to sponsor a table at the ceremony. Money will help with the Foundation’s operations, which will support events and benefit students with scholarships, equipment, educational trips, and other innovative opportunities state funds don’t cover. Sponsors at all levels will have their company name included in the event program.

$100 sponsors

  • A table tent card placed at the center of one of the tables during the Scholarship Convocation. The card will include the name of your company and your company logo.
  • Your name will also be included on the monitors at the event.

$300 sponsors

  • A table tent card and your name will be included on the monitors at the event.
  • Plus, your company name and logo will be included on the ECC website.
  • A list of all sponsors will be sent via the ECC newsletter, disseminated weekly to approximately 1,000 subscribers.

$500 sponsors

  • A table tent card, your name on the monitors at the event, company name and logo on the website, a list of all sponsors sent via the ECC newsletter.
  • Plus, a thank you to sponsors will be added to the ECC social media page.
  • A 2 to 3-minute video following the Scholarship Convocation will be added to the ECC YouTube channel, including your logo, for a combined 7,540 followers and subscribers.
  • A press release, including your company name, will be sent to 35 media contacts following the ceremony.
  • An e-mail with the Scholarship Convocation details and sponsors will be sent to all ECC employees.

$1000+ sponsors

  • You will get the same recognition as $500 sponsors.
  • Plus, a video with a representative from your company stating a little about your company and why you supported the Scholarship Convocation. The video will be added to ECC’s YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and X pages, as well as the ECC Foundation’s Facebook page.
  • A Facebook and Instagram post will be boosted with your company logo congratulating the recipients.
