Smarthinking is a FREE online tutoring service that is available to all Edgecombe Community College students who are enrolled in online or hybrid courses.

Smarthinking is web-based, and provides academic support in math, English, Spanish, science, and more.

With Smarthinking, students can:

• Communicate with a tutor live.
• Schedule an appointment for future tutoring.
• Submit their writing to the Online Writing Lab.
• Submit a question and receive a reply from a tutor.
• Access academic resources.

To access Smarthinking, simply login to Moodle and click on the Smarthinking Online Tutoring link at the bottom section of the page.
