Basic Skills Plus

Basic Skills Plus is available to students concurrently enrolled in occupational and basic skills courses while working toward their Adult High School Diploma or High School Equivalency.

Tuition is waived, however, students are responsible for the cost of their books and any applicable fees associated with their courses.

Seven Basic Skills Plus Career Pathways are offered. Students can earn an industry certification in one of seven areas:

  • Automotive Technology
  • Barbering
  • Certified Production Technician
  • Cosmetology
  • Early Childhood Education
