August 2022 graduates achieved a 100 percent pass rate on the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN). The NCLEX-PN is required for practice as a licensed practical nurse and is the capstone to nursing studies.

In addition, all of the graduates are working as a licensed practical nurse for a job placement rate of 100 percent.

Sixteen students completed the Practical Nursing program in August 2022.

“Since its inception in 2011, our program has had a 100 percent pass rate,” says Ami Denton, program chair and director of nursing programs at ECC. “We are very proud of these students for their outstanding performance on the NCLEX-PN.”
