Edgecombe Community College staff member Viola Harris recently read to kindergarten students at Coker-Wimberly Elementary School in Battleboro. She represented the college in the Community Partner program. Harris, who lives in Tarboro, is an administrative assistant II in the cultural arts department at ECC and serves on the Edgecombe County Board of Commissioners.
