The Edgecombe Community College Foundation’s 36th Annual Golf Tournament raised more than $26,000 for student scholarships at Edgecombe Community College. The National Guard Hazardous Response Team based in Greenville traveled to Edgecombe Community College recently for training. The team is one of 57 “small footprint” hazardous materials response teams across the nation. Among other training scenarios, team members conducted a search of Keihin Auditorium on the Tarboro campus.
