ECC Examines Global Trade

Edgecombe Community College hosted its annual Global Education Spring Symposium on the Rocky Mount campus March 15-16. Norris Tolson, CEO and president of Carolinas Gateway Partnership, gave the keynote address on global trade. He focused on cultural issues that arise in conducting business with foreign companies and the role of ECC in attracting industry to the area. The theme of the two-day event was Global Trade: Serving the World Out There from Here.
