ECC President Attends Regional Meeting

Dr. Greg McLeod (back row, 5th from left), president of Edgecombe Community College, was among the North Carolina community college presidents who attended a June 8 meeting of presidents whose colleges lie in eastern NC. The regional group is part of the North Carolina Association of Community College Presidents. The leaders met at Nash Community College and discussed the many collaborative partnerships community colleges have with one another in support of their students and communities, such as ECC’s recent surgical technology partnership with Pitt Community College to help Pitt meet the growing need for well-trained surgical technologists in its service area.
