ECC Students Get Creative

Yazmin Lopez, an Early Childhood Education student at Edgecombe Community College, uses an ice cream cone to create a Christmas tree during an EDU 151 Creative Activities class. Students create visual recipe charts so that preschoolers who cannot yet read can look at the charts and prepare simple recipes. Spring semester classes at ECC begin January 7.
