Eighth Graders See Careers in Action at ECC

Sixty-five eighth graders from Nash-Rocky Mount schools toured the Biotechnology and Medical Simulation Center on the Rocky Mount campus of Edgecombe Community College last week through Communities in Schools. Students participated in interactive demonstrations and learned about various career pathways offered at the College. Pictured is Simulation Technician John Perry, who demonstrated CPR and explained to students what occurs on heart monitors when CPR is administered.
