Regina Lyons, a part-time instructor at Edgecombe Community College, cuts patterns from recycled denim during a Sole Hope cutting party held April 21 on the Rocky Mount campus to commemorate Earth Day. Sole Hope is a charitable organization that provides shoes for children in Africa.

Nursing Faculty Attend State Conference

Students Demonstrate Skills at General Assembly

Edgecombe Community College was front and center during Community College Day held March 29 at the NC General Assembly in Raleigh. The event included program demonstrations by twelve community colleges, including Edgecombe, which showcased Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, Surgical Technology, and patient simulation technology.
