Radiography Grads Earn National Certification

Nine out of thirteen graduates of the Radiography program at Edgecombe Community College have sat for and passed the national certification exam, becoming registered radiographers and earning the title R.T.(R)(ARRT). “The testing center had canceled several testing dates due to COVID-19, but our students persevered,” says Desiree Duncan, program chair of Radiography. The remaining four graduates are scheduled to take the national certification exam by May 19.
