Student Receives SECU Foundation Scholarship

Edgecombe Community College student Alexia J. Richardson has received a People Helping People Scholarship from the State Employees Credit Union Foundation. The SECU Foundation established the People Helping People Scholarship program to assist students in each of the 58 community colleges in North Carolina. The scholarship provides a maximum of $1,250 per semester for four consecutive fall and spring semesters. Richardson is studying toward a degree in business administration.
