Students Support My Sister’s House
In February, the Human Services Technology Club at Edgecombe Community College provided needed items to My Sister’s House in honor of Black History Month. My Sister’s House provides services to women, children, and families who are affected by domestic violence, including housing services, emergency services, psychotherapy services, support groups, advocacy, and legal services. Renee Pearson, chair of the Human Services Technology program at ECC, serves as the Human Services Technology Club advisor.
