Norris Tolson, president and CEO of Carolinas Gateway Partnership, discussed the potential economic impact of the new Carolina Connector Intermodal rail terminal during a meeting of the Upper Coastal Plain Learning Council held December 13 at Edgecombe Community College. Interest in the topic produced double the regular attendance.
