Establish a legacy in education by making a gift to the Edgecombe Community College Foundation, Inc.
Workforce development has always been central to the mission of Edgecombe Community College. Teaching and learning in academic programs, continuing education, and customized training for business and industry focus on preparing students for successful careers.
In January 2020, the new Barnhill-Jenkins Center for Innovation on the Tarboro campus opened for classes. This facility houses advanced manufacturing programs, such as Industrial Systems, Manufacturing, Electrical/Electronics, Global Logistics, and Supply Chain Management.
These programs are developing a continuous pipeline of qualified graduates and retrained workers ready to meet local and regional workforce needs.
Donors may play a role in helping the College meet the workforce needs of the area by participating in naming opportunities or by making a gift to the College. Contributions are being used to provide equipment, technology, and/or instructional support. Donors will be recognized for their generosity in perpetuity.
