Commencement Information

Due to the most recent reports of thunderstorms and showers for Friday, May 13, and for the safety of our graduates and their guests, the decision has been made to move the commencement ceremony indoors. Graduates are to arrive on campus and report to line up on the second floor of the Fleming Building (H) by 2:30 p.m. Graduates should enter through the rear entrance of the building. Look for posted signs. ONLY graduates are allowed on the second floor. Graduates are reminded that you have two (2) reserved seating tickets. Reserved seating ticket holders are guaranteed seats in the auditorium, provided that they arrive between 2:45 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Reserved seating ticket holders who arrive after 3:30 p.m. will be seated with unticketed guests. We will make every accommodation to seat unticketed guests in the remaining auditorium seats and the atrium beginning at 3:30 p.m.

A livestream of graduation can be viewed on the College’s YouTube channel.

Any further details will be given out at Graduation Rehearsal on Thursday, May 12, at 12 p.m. in Keihin Auditorium.

If you have any questions or concerns about any of the outlined changes to commencement, please email
