Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal Form

Please note: The SAP process has changed, please read instructions carefully.

This form must be completed and signed in Adobe. Download and save the form. Right click where the file is saved, select Open With, then select Adobe. If not signed in Adobe, the form must be printed and signed by hand.

For students planning to reenroll for the Spring 2025 term, appeals must be submitted by December 11,2024, with reviews scheduled for December 12, 2024.

If you are currently enrolled and did not meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) at the end of the Fall 2024 term, please submit your appeal by December 19, 2024. Your appeal will then be reviewed on January 3, 2025.
