Adult Basic Education I

Educational programming includes the following skills areas: basic academic skills, career skills, and digital skills. These educational opportunities enable students to become more independent, acquire employment skills, and contribute to the student’s ability to manage community, social, work, and personal adult responsibilities.

Edgecombe Community College works cooperatively with Tri-County Industries to meet the needs of students with disabilities.

Individuals who are interested in learning more about our programs can receive more information by calling or visiting the College and Career Readiness Center on the Rocky Mount campus. The Center is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday.
